LAUN Studio is looking for a Project Manager/Designer (PM) to join our tight-knit team who is committed to delivering insightful design solutions from conception to execution.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Project Manager will assist with the production of presentations, generate construction documents and visualizations as well as research building codes and permitting requirements. The ideal candidate should be confident on a job site but willing to work collaboratively on design solutions with our consultants and construction partners. You will work directly with our founding partners and team members as well as independently to guide projects through all phases of design and construction. Consultant coordination, product research and specifications with a design-driven and hands-on approach are essential in this position.

Minimum of an undergraduate degree in architecture
3 to 7 years of professional experience
Experience in construction administration required
Strong aesthetic sensitivities, attention to detail, good organizational skills, motivation and ability to work collaboratively
Strong written, oral and graphic communication skills
Mastery of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign); Revit production capabilities are essential
Excellent understanding of the Los Angeles building code and permitting process
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Access to a car and the ability to drive to project sites is essential; parking at our downtown office is compensated.
This is a full-time, in-person position. Office hours have some flexibility, but presence in our downtown Los Angeles office is required at least four days a week, as in-person collaboration is fundamental to our process. Salary commensurate with experience
